🛒 Place an Order

  • Place an order after selecting your desired products on the website.
  • Please accurately fill in your personal information used for registration (name, address, phone number).
  • If you choose SF Express for delivery, you can fill in the SF Express smart locker address.
Orders can be freely changed or cancelled before purchase. No refunds for personal reasons will be accepted after the purchase has been made.

💳 Payment

  • Payment details will be displayed after placing the order. Please complete payment within 48 hours, otherwise the order will be automatically cancelled.
  • Payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, FPS, Bank Transfer, WeChat Pay, Alipay.
  • Enjoy an additional 3% discount when paying with FPS.

🏪 Product Purchase & Confirmation

  • After confirming receipt of payment, we will immediately purchase from official UK boutiques or department stores.
  • After purchase, photos or videos of the product will be provided for your confirmation.
  • If an item is out of stock or requires customisation, you will be notified separately and a refund or alternative solution will be arranged.
Jellycat products and some other items may be shipped directly without photo confirmation.

✈️ Delivery

  • Products are shipped from the UK via DHL or Royal Mail.
  • Express Delivery (DHL): 3–5 days (additional charge HKD 300–600)
  • Standard Delivery: 5–14 days, average 5–10 days to Hong Kong (excluding Saturdays and Sundays)
  • A tracking number will be provided after shipment, and you can track the status on the order inquiry page.
  • You will be notified of any delays due to customs inspection or cargo handling.

📦 Product Collection

  • Store Pickup: After the product arrives in Hong Kong, you will receive a pickup email. Please collect it at the store during business hours.

    Business Hours: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 16:30 – 19:30
  • SF Express Delivery: Products will be shipped within 3 days of arrival in Hong Kong.

🎁 Packaging & Receipt

  • Includes a copy of the receipt (personal information redacted) or a gift receipt.
  • Includes brand shopping bag, box, dust bag, cards, etc. (varies by brand and store).
  • The shopping bag may be replaced by a department store bag, which does not affect the authenticity guarantee.
